The Sierra Leone Mining Week 2026 App, including its software, design, logos, branding, text, graphics, images, video, audio, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the National Minerals Agency and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a compatible device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with Sierra Leone Mining Week 2026.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including those of sponsors, exhibitors, and partners). These are provided for convenience only and are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.

9. App Store Terms

If you download the Sierra Leone Mining Week 2026 App from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other distribution platform, your use of the App is also subject to the terms of that platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the platform's terms, these Terms will apply to the extent permitted.

10. Disclaimers

The Sierra Leone Mining Week 2026 App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content within the App
  • Warranties that the event programme, schedules, or speaker line-up will not change

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the National Minerals Agency, the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Sierra Leone Mining Week 2026 App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) to access the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of fifty United States dollars (USD 50), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the National Minerals Agency, the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources, and their respective officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination โ€” including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law โ€” will continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our services, or applicable law. 16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
